Rental Pricing
Like many people, you are looking for a wedding venue that won’t break the bank and doesn’t have hidden fees or multiple add-on charges. Here at Stony Oak Farm, we like to keep it simple.
You will be pleased to see that there are no guest minimums, no food and beverage requirements and you can use the vendors of your choice.
For a flat rental fee of $4000 for 2025/2026, you will have access to our venue for 12 hours on Saturday for set up, ceremony and reception of your wedding.
In addition, you will have access to a 2 hour decoration drop-off/walk through rehearsal the evening before your wedding at no additional cost.
There are no hidden fees, and so much is included.
Payment & Policy:
The first non-refundable payment of $1500 is due at the time of booking to save a date. The second non-refundable payment of $2500 is due 6 months prior to the event.
A separate refundable security deposit of $1000 is due 30 days prior to the event.
Also required is a specific day of event liability insurance policy. Nuptial will reach out to you to help you purchase this coverage.
If you plan to have alcohol served at your event, a $200.00 fee will be charged for a security officer which is due 30 days prior to your event.
